Mediation is an informal and confidential way to achieve dispute resolution.   Less expensive and time consuming than litigation, mediation provides parties more control in the outcome of their dispute.  As a neutral third-party, the mediator doesn't decide who is right or wrong or issue a ruling.  The mediator's objective is to assist the parties in achieving a mutually-agreeable resolution, confidentially and privately.  

We are experienced working with individuals and public/private organizations in achieving resolution to issues, often times restoring relationships.  Whether it's simply finding resolution to a contract or performance dispute, civil conflict or family matter - our experience and dedication to the process enhances the opportunity to achieve a positive outcome.

We will make every effort to work with you and your schedule. No mediation is confirmed until each party has paid their fee in advance.

We accept payment by check, money order, Zelle and Venmo. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are also accepted but note that a 3% service charge will be added to the amount.
